Flowers by Paulette went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding. When we sat down with them for our first consultation we knew we were in great hands. I am by no means a flower expert and I am not one of those girls who has always dreamed of her wedding day. They took the time to talk about flower varieties and show us pictures. Not once did my fiance and I feel rushed through our meeting. I was nervous at first but was easily able to relax and have my fears quelled. They were able to take our ideas and combine them with their knowledge of flowers to create the perfect pieces for our wedding. We even stayed close in range to our budget! We left our first meeting feeling confident Flowers by Paulette could pull it off.

Living in NYC and getting married in Lancaster made me nervous but communication through out the process was amazing. Over the 6 months we emailed and phoned as things developed. FBP emailed photos of potential centerpiece designs and we were able to tweak them as the weeks went by until they were perfect. Even the smallest detail like ribbon color was not overlooked. I was worried when changing things I would be told "No, we were not able to do that it is too late." Not once was I told something was impossible. I had to add two large floor arrangements at the last minute! I was so worried and it was for no reason. They pulled it off wonderfully and the added arrangements were great! True professionals!

When our wedding day finally arrived I didn't have a single worry about the flowers. The boutonnières and bouquets arrived on time and beautiful to the ceremony as did the centerpieces to the reception venue. The flowers were bright, fresh, and gorgeous. They were true eye candy and added the perfect elegant touch. Our guests couldn't believe how beautiful everything was. We were complimented the whole night on how wonderful the centerpieces looked. We gave the centerpieces as gifts to our parents, grandparents, and godparents. They were amazed and loved being able to take them home as keepsakes . Some guests even sneaked some away!! The centerpiece we kept for ourselves after the wedding was still blooming and thriving two weeks later! It has been a month now and people are still talking about the flowers.

Flowers by Paulette would hands down be the first florist I would recommend. We could not have been happier. They were such a joy and a talent to work with. They made us feel special and like our wedding was the only one.

We could not have been more thrilled with Flowers by Paulette!  When you walked into the dining room it simply took your breath away!  All the vendors worked together to create a truly one of a kind atmosphere at the Hamilton Club of Lancaster for our wedding reception.
 
They were a dream to work with!  They followed the suggestions provided and added superb touches of their own to bring it all full circle!  The had candle light in just the right locations to set off the room along with multiple flower designs that made the room come alive with romance.  I simply cannot say enough about them.  The quality of the flowers was beyond compare on each and every arrangement and bouquet.  I have not a single complaint.
 
I have used them again and again from that time on and plan to continue doing so.  They do amazing gift baskets as well.  I recommend them every chance I get.

As everyone already knows, planning a wedding can be an extremely stressful time.  One thing that helped to alleviate the stress was the fact that the team at Flowers by Paulette was busily and competently handling all the flowers, our bouquets, boutonnieres, church bouquets, pew decorations, reception centerpieces, topiaries, etc.  It was the one aspect of the wedding that, thankfully, we did not need to worry about.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the creativity you showed when I introduced you to my groom who had decided he was not going to wear a boutonniere because it would put a hole in his leather blazer.  You listened and then suggested a masculine combination of greens and small juniper berries on a card he could put in the pocket.  He wore it and looked fantastic.  We were also very pleased with the flowers you suggested for our casual reception centerpieces which turned out perfect.  Thank you.
